Samdaddy Anyanwu

Senator Samdaddy Nnaemeka Anyanwu, has vowed to engage10,000 Imo youths in various jobs within 100 days in office if elected the governor of the state.

Sen. Anyanwu is the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the November 11, governorship election in Imo State.

According to him, his administrative will establish Community Based Guard Initiative to absorb some of the youths roaming the streets and villages without jobs.

Speaking in Owerri recently to journalists, Senator Anyanwu hinted that he will tackle insecurity through dialogue, being constantly in torch with the local leaders in the state as well as the President Generals, [PGs] the monarchs and also granting amnesty.

On education, Senator Sam-daddy frowned over neglect to educational section in the state and promised to declare a state of emergency in public schools in the state, pointing out that he will establish libraries with ICT compliant and modern equipment in the three zones of the state – Orlu, Okigwe and Owerri.

The PDP candidate stated that he will ensure that three pilot schools that will major in science, technology and Engineering and mathematics {STEM} are established.

On health, the governorship hopeful decried the lip service being paid to the sector and promised to employ more medical doctors and health practitioners and professionals as well furnishing general hospitals and health centers in the state.
